Day 16 and week plan

Day 16 (July 5 - Tuesday)

goal for ABC's = less then 300. fuck. again!!!.

excersized - walked 20 mins to a friends house, back the same way for 20 minutes, to the bus, to a park, around the park, to uptown and around there, and in conestoga mall. (about 3-5 hours walking)
Fuck my life. That is a shitload of food.
Tomorrow I'm taking a friend out for her birthday breakfast. After that I won't eat anything and continue that fast on until Friday morning possibly night.
Note - I babysit on friday and have a birthday party on Saturday (pool party - the aims to look as best as possible)
